I am Lauren, coach and meditation teacher (but I prefer human software upgrader!), and founder of the Frequency Recode program.
I help mystics and visionaries like you gain powerful clarity so that you can remove the stops to your personal flow, smash self-doubt and show up in the world fully expressed.

My winding life path has led me from classically trained musician turned mama, jewelry designer and multiple online business owner.
I made the websites, built the businesses, I designed the membership sites, I grew the Facebook groups, IG accounts, wrote the juicy copy, created the email sequences and although it was fun….
I knew that my message was far deeper.
I knew that beyond the funnels, the copywriting, the hustle, the sweat and tears there was another way to do life and to do business more aligned with my spiritual gifts and energy.
I realized that my true gift was guiding people towards their own sovereignty and freedom to manifest and consciously create their lives as they desired.
I had gone through a personal crisis and came out the other side more inspired, empowered and ready to light up the damn interwebs with my own unique offering of spiritual resiliency and conscious life creation.
A full on recode of thought, energy, ritual and habit.
